RAG13 products are made to order.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect size, or incorrect color.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrectly produced, please contact RAG13. We will work with our fulfillment provider to arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
